The Role: Your Pivot Into Fintech

Are you a legal cashier, practice bookkeeper, or accountant who loves technology but feels trapped by repetitive month-end cycles? This is your way out.

At ITSec, we don’t expect you to already know how to test software or build training programs—we will train you on the tech side. What we need from you is a bulletproof understanding of legal accounting logic.

As our Implementation & Product Specialist, you will use your real-world financial background to shape our software, catch system bugs, and teach other legal professionals how to get the most out of our platform.

  • Master Software Testing: Run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and work hand-in-hand with our developers to verify that our system’s accounting logic is flawless.
  • Deliver Corporate Training: Learn how to lead engaging onboarding sessions and confidently guide new law firms through software implementation.
  • Manage Product Lifecycles: Use agile tools like Jira to track software issues and directly influence our product roadmap.

What You Bring to the Table

  • The Accounting Core: Strong, practical experience as a legal cashier, legal billing administrator, or bookkeeper. You must understand UK client/office ledgers and general ledger logic.
  • SRA Awareness: A solid working knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules is a massive advantage, as compliance is at the heart of our software.
  • The "Super-User" Mindset: You are the person in your current office everyone goes to when the billing software glitches or Excel breaks. You love troubleshooting and technology.
  • Excellent Communication: You are patient, articulate, and energized by helping others solve problems.

  • Location: Leicester, UK (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
  • Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 per annum + benefits (dependent on your current legal accounting experience)
