Legal Clerk
We are seeking a committed, motivated and capable individual to join our busy Legal Services team and help deliver a high-quality service to the Council as Legal Clerk.
This role offers a wide variety of work including administrative support to solicitors, lawyers and paralegals, as well as some drafting of legal documents and correspondence.
You will work closely with professionals such as barristers, expert witnesses, social workers, court staff and lawyers. You must be well organised, proactive and enthusiastic, with a practical approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to the role.
In return you will have the opportunity to develop your skills while working alongside friendly and supportive colleagues in a fast-paced and engaging environment.

The role is predominantly office based at our Borough Hall site in Bedford.
