Location: Winchester / hybrid working

Hours: Part time, 22.5 hours per week

Salary: £18,000 per annum (pro rata for the duration of the contract) + enhanced benefits

Basis: Fixed term contract

About Our Role

As our Legal & Compliance Team Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in keeping our business compliant, efficient, and running smoothly. Working within a small but highly efficient team you will take ownership of day-to-day legal administration, property sales support, and system management.

Your key responsibilities will include...

  • Resale & Sales Support
    • Raise invoices, track payments, liaise with internal teams on enquiries, and draft/issue letters and certificates via DocuSign
  • Document & System Administration
    • Act as the primary administrator for our 'Collaborate' storage system, managing user access, folder structures, contract archives, and renewal tracking
  • Compliance & Policy Oversight
    • Supervise our eLearning platform to ensure company-wide policy completion, and centralise the logging of incidents (including DP, CCTV, accidents, and whistleblowing)
  • Legal & Operations Workflow
    • Maintain Powers of Attorney, process DocuSign workflows, coordinate business-wide legal training, and provide ad-hoc support to the Treasury team
  • Key Communication Hub
    • Serve as a trusted point of contact for team communications, using your discretion and sound judgment to prioritise and resolve queries

Additional Information

  • This is a fixed term contract lasting 9-12 months
  • You'll work 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday 10:00 - 14:30
  • We offer hybrid working with a minimum of two office based days per week
  • We have free, onsite staff parking

About You

You are a proactive administrative professional with strong judgment and a sharp eye for detail. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing shifting priorities without losing accuracy. Experience in a legal, compliance, or property setting is a bonus, but your organisational drive and adaptability are most important.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Education
    • GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent). A formal legal/business administration qualification is a plus
  • Background
    • Proven track record in an administrative support role, with experience handling sensitive data, managing calendars, and maintaining filing systems
  • System Knowledge
    • Tech-savvy with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and presentation tools. Exposure to CRM/property platforms like Salesforce, Qube, or Fixflo is desirable, though full training is provided

Key Skills

  • Outstanding written and verbal skills, with the ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and tact
  • Exceptional time-management skills, capable of prioritising complex workloads to consistently meet deadlines
  • A knack for organizing, maintaining, and improving administrative systems
