We support Legal Consultants who are looking for a varied and flexible career, without sacrificing on quality of work, all with the support of a leading European law firm.
About the Role
Our client, an innovative and fast-growing business operating within the financial services and investment products sector, is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team. This is a broad and varied role offering exposure to regulatory, commercial, corporate governance, compliance, data privacy and product matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The Successful Candidate
- A qualified lawyer with approximately 3-5 years' post-qualification experience.
- Experienced in financial services regulation, including exposure to regulatory frameworks such as AIFMD, MiFID and related regulatory regimes.
- Experienced advising on investment funds, financial products or related fund structures.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with business stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
- Practical, commercially minded and capable of balancing legal risk with business objectives.
