Legal Contract Specialist (Contract) – Remote
Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Legal Contract Specialist to support its Contracts Management team. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a contracts professional with experience managing high-volume commercial agreements and contract lifecycle processes in a fast-paced environment.

Overview
You'll manage commercial agreements from intake through execution, coordinating approvals, signatures, and contract administration activities. This role focuses on contract management and workflow execution and does not involve drafting or negotiating agreements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial contracts throughout the lifecycle, including intake, approvals, signatures, and repository management
- Support MSAs, NDAs, partner agreements, amendments, and other commercial agreements
- Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Privacy, Security, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation within the CLM system
- Support renewals, amendments, reporting, backlog management, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial contract management experience in a legal, procurement, contracts, or law firm environment
- Experience with CLM platforms and electronic signature tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume workload and follow established playbooks and processes
Preferred
- Experience supporting technology or SaaS companies and familiarity with sales, vendor, procurement, or technology agreements.
