Why join us?

DWF is looking for a Contracts Delivery Manager to join our growing Central Legal Operations team. Based in Manchester, this is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of commercial contracting projects for a range of clients, combining your technical contracts expertise with project management, client relationship management, and legal technology. Working closely with Legal Advisory teams and our offshore delivery centre in India, you'll play a key role in shaping innovative contract management solutions while helping clients drive greater efficiency and value from their contracting processes.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Delivery Director, you'll lead the successful delivery of a variety of contracting projects, including commercial contract review and negotiation, development of contract templates and playbooks, and supporting the implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. Acting as a trusted subject matter expert, you'll assess contractual risk, manage escalations, and ensure the delivery of a high-quality service that exceeds client expectations.

  • Work collaboratively with legal teams, clients, and our India-based delivery centre, providing oversight, guidance, and project management support to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Manage client relationships and support business development activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging legal technology and process innovation to enhance service delivery and operational performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
