Legal Billing Coordinator | 12-Month Contract

We're partnering with a leading international organisation to hire a Legal Billing Coordinator to join its Legal Operations team on a 12-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, billing, finance, or operations experience who enjoys working with detail, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business. Previous legal billing experience is beneficial but not essential.

The Role

As part of the Legal Operations function, you'll play a key role in supporting the review, processing, and administration of external legal invoices while helping ensure an efficient and well-managed billing process.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Management

  • Review external legal invoices against internal billing requirements and processes.
  • Verify invoice descriptions and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify discrepancies, duplicate charges, and billing issues, escalating where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate invoice records and supporting documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
