Role Overview:
We are seeking a Transactional Legal Counsel to support an asset finance business with a broad range of financing and commercial transactions. This role will focus on drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents, supporting deal execution, and providing legal advice across structured finance, leasing and lending arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate finance, leasing, security and related commercial agreements.
- Advise the business on legal, regulatory and transactional risks associated with asset finance deals.
- Support transaction structuring, due diligence and closing processes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including credit, risk, operations and front-office teams.
- Ensure legal documentation and transactions comply with applicable laws, internal policies and industry standards.

Key Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with relevant post-qualification transactional legal experience in banking, finance or asset finance.
