Legal Counsel Banking 12 months FTC Securities Financing & ISDA
An opportunity has arisen for a 12 months FTC with a Leading Global Banking Group.
Working as a member of a close-knit legal team you will support on a wide range of Transactional matters focusing on Securities Financing, GMRAs, GMSLAs, Derivatives and ISDA documentation as well as Repos.

Candidate Profile
A qualified lawyer with either in-house banking or Private Practice experience in securities financing / ISDA documentation.
Key Skills
- Securities Financing documentation experience: GMRA and GMSLA
- Derivatives documentation review & negotiation including ISDAs
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
