Legal Counsel | London | c.£90,000 + up to 15% Bonus

Our client is a well-established, internationally active financial services business specialising in currency and cross-border payments for corporate and institutional clients.

Following growth and a restructure of their legal function, they're now seeking a Legal Counsel to join their London team, reporting to the Head of Legal.

This is a broad in-house role spanning commercial and corporate work:

  • Negotiating trading, payments, and margin documentation
  • Supporting group governance and reorganisations
  • Advising the business across international jurisdictions and entities

Candidate Requirements:

We're looking for a UK-qualified solicitor (England & Wales), ideally trained at a well-regarded firm, with solid commercial and corporate experience. Exposure to funds work is a plus; payments or fintech background is not required.
