Property Legal Counsel

Full or Part Time

12 Month fixed term contract

Brilliant opportunity for a property lawyer to join this thriving and busy in-house legal team and work alongside some super knowledgeable and experienced lawyers. You will work closely with Senior Property Counsel and as part of the wider Legal team which includes Corporate / Commercial lawyers and a great GC.

Our client's group of companies includes one of the largest food manufacturers in the UK with a £6bn plus turnover, as well as a number of restaurant chains.

  • portfolio management
  • landlord and tenant
  • acquisitions and disposals
  • development
  • property due diligence
  • liaising with external lawyers and internal stakeholders

This opportunity is initially offered as a 12 month fixed term contract. It could suit a relatively junior property lawyer (providing they have good experience as a trainee or NQ in the areas listed above) or a more experienced lawyer who is looking to work on a part time basis. Our client is open minded, subject to relevant experience.
