The Business - Retail Tech
We are working with a high growth company which enables retail and fashion companies to scale globally, providing exceptional customer service and an excellent customer experience.
The Opportunity
The business is now looking for a Legal Counsel to join its small and growing legal team. The position will best suit an individual who is comfortable working directly with the business, who has a keen interest in the retail sector, and who enjoys variety.

The role will be largely general commercial with tech and e-commerce, IP and data privacy as well as corporate, risk, and governance matters.

About You
A broad general commercial contracts background is key, most likely with experience acting for or working with a consumer business or a retail business. Additional experience in tech and digital as well as data privacy would be useful.
