Construction Lawyer - Suffolk
I'm currently partnering with a leading international infrastructure business that delivers some of the UK's most complex and high profile projects. The organisation plays a critical role in developing, operating and maintaining major infrastructure across both the public and private sectors.
Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Legal Counsel with a focus on Construction law to join their established legal team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused construction lawyer to work on high value, strategically important infrastructure projects, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.

The role:
- Advising on major construction and infrastructure projects from procurement through to delivery.
- Negotiating and drafting complex construction contracts, including PFI/PPP, NEC, JCT and bespoke commercial agreements.
- Providing strategic legal advice on project delivery, risk allocation, contract management and dispute avoidance.
- Supporting long term infrastructure projects across a diverse portfolio.
- Working closely with commercial, procurement and operational teams to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused legal solutions.

About you:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- Construction law experience, gained either in-house or in private practice
- Experience advising on PFI projects
