As we continue our global expansion, we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and commercially minded Legal Counsel.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to commercial contracting, legal strategy and cross-functional business execution within a fast-growing global technology company.

What You’ll Own

• Manage Voise Tech’s legal function across its global operations, providing commercially focused legal guidance across the UK, US, UAE, India and other markets in which the company operates.
• Act as a strategic legal advisor to the company and C-Management on commercial, corporate, regulatory, compliance and contentious matters, with a strong focus on protecting the interests of the company and enabling its growth.
• Lead the end-to-end drafting, review, negotiation and management of commercial agreements with clients, publishers, agencies, brands, technology partners, vendors and other counterparties globally.
• Independently assess contractual and commercial risks and develop practical legal positions that protect Voise Tech while supporting efficient deal closure and long-term business relationships.
• Take ownership of any legal dispute, claim, notice, investigation or proceeding involving Voise Tech, its group companies or its Founders, directors and officers where such matter arises in connection with the company or their respective roles within the business.
• Develop and drive the legal strategy for disputes globally, including negotiation, settlement, mediation, arbitration, litigation and other appropriate legal remedies.
• Draft, issue and manage legal notices, demand notices, cease-and-desist communications, breach and termination notices, responses to claims and other formal legal correspondence on behalf of Voise Tech, wherever legally permissible.
• Initiate and coordinate appropriate legal action against counterparties or third parties where necessary to protect the company’s contractual, financial, intellectual property, commercial or reputational interests.
• Manage responses to legal notices, claims, regulatory inquiries, summons or proceedings received by Voise Tech or its Founders, directors or officers in connection with company business.
• Appoint, instruct and manage external lawyers, advocates, solicitors and specialist counsel across jurisdictions where local representation or specialist expertise is required, while retaining ownership of overall legal strategy, timelines, costs and outcomes.
• Maintain clear visibility of all ongoing disputes, claims and potential legal exposures and provide the Founders and senior leadership with timely recommendations on strategy, risk and resolution.
• Provide legal guidance across adtech, digital advertising, programmatic advertising, data licensing, digital media, AI-led technology products and other technology-related business models.
• Monitor global advertising regulations, industry self-regulatory frameworks and evolving regulatory requirements affecting adtech, digital media, AI and technology businesses.
• Advise on global privacy and data-protection requirements, including EU GDPR, UK GDPR, India’s DPDP Act, applicable US privacy laws, ePrivacy and cookie requirements, consent-management frameworks, tracking technologies and cross border data transfers.
• Work closely with Product and Technology teams to ensure privacy, regulatory and contractual requirements are appropriately incorporated into Voise Tech’s platforms, products and technology infrastructure.
• Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Product, Procurement, HR and other business functions to provide commercially practical legal solutions and accelerate decision-making.
• Ensure that Voise Tech and its group companies maintain appropriate compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations and internal governance standards across jurisdictions.
• Support corporate governance, company-secretarial and group-structure matters, including board requirements, subsidiary management, corporate records, statutory obligations and regulatory filings.
• Advise the People/HR team on employment agreements, confidentiality, intellectual property, restrictive covenants, disciplinary matters, employee disputes, terminations and other employment-related legal matters across jurisdictions.
• Support M&A, fundraising, investments, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, restructuring and other corporate transactions, including legal due diligence, transaction documentation and risk assessment.
• Protect and manage Voise Tech’s intellectual property interests, including technology, software, trademarks, proprietary information, confidential information and other business assets.
• Establish appropriate legal and compliance frameworks when Voise Tech enters new markets, launches new products, develops new technology or expands into additional business verticals.
• Build and continuously improve contract templates, negotiation playbooks, approval frameworks, legal policies, compliance processes and contract-management systems that allow the legal function to scale with the business.
• Maintain an organised and auditable repository of contracts, corporate documentation, legal correspondence, disputes, regulatory matters and compliance records.
• Stay ahead of developments in international commercial law, technology, AI, adtech, privacy, advertising and regulatory frameworks and proactively advise leadership on their potential impact on the business.
• Operate with a strong sense of ownership and commercial judgement, with the ability to independently manage complex and sensitive legal matters while knowing when specialist external counsel or jurisdiction-specific expertise is required.
