Legal Counsel – UK & Ireland

London | Hybrid | £75,000–£90,000 + bonus

The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity for a talented commercial lawyer to join a high-calibre, best-in-class legal team within a successful and growing international business.

  • The team is led by an exceptional General Counsel and Head of Legal, alongside two highly experienced lawyers, all with impressive legal pedigrees and a reputation for delivering excellent work.
  • You will be surrounded by lawyers who are technically strong, commercially astute, and genuinely excellent at what they do.
  • The work is equally compelling. This is not a high-volume contract review role; you will be exposed to complex, cerebral, and commercially interesting matters, including sophisticated negotiations and bespoke agreements that often need to be drafted from scratch.
  • You will work closely with the GC and Head of Legal, while having genuine ownership of your own matters and direct exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
