About RHAELM
RHAELM is the sovereign AI cloud built to accelerate secure AI deployment at scale, combining power and infrastructure pipelines with global capability and local, in-country operations. Headquartered in London, with deployments across Europe and APAC, we deliver ring-fenced compute, networking, and storage infrastructure alongside a sovereign platform and flexible Bare Metal, Kubernetes, and AI-as-a-Service models. Focused on regulated and mission-critical sectors including Government, Defence, Healthcare, and Financial Services, we give organisations sovereign control over their AI infrastructure, platform, and data.
This Role
Reporting to the Group General Counsel, you will be a hands-on member of the Legal team at the centre of RHAELM's growth. You will act as a trusted commercial legal partner to the business, working across contracting, infrastructure and power, corporate and governance, and the stand-up of new entities across Europe, APAC and beyond.
The breadth of exposure is unusual. You will take genuine ownership of matters end-to-end and help shape a global AI infrastructure platform. The role is demanding and suits someone who is comfortable operating at pace. Subject to eligibility and applicable plan terms, you will also share in the company's future success through the reward and incentive arrangements RHAELM offers its people.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
