W&P Partners Recruitment is proud to be working with a leading international business group with significant interests across telecommunications, satellite technology, hospitality, real estate, and flexible workspaces.
Our client is looking for a bright and commercially minded Legal Counsel with 1–3 years’ PQE to join its London-based legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a broad in-house career while supporting high-profile businesses and projects across multiple jurisdictions.
The Role
Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will advise on a varied range of commercial, corporate, regulatory, and governance matters across the group’s international operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and supplier agreements.
- Provide legal support to business units operating across multiple jurisdictions.
- Advise on regulatory, compliance, governance, and risk matters.
- Deliver practical, commercially focused day-to-day legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Support corporate and strategic matters across the group’s diverse portfolio.
- Coordinate with external counsel on complex or specialist legal issues.

The Ideal Candidate
- UK-qualified solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE.
- Trained at a well-regarded law firm or within a reputable in-house legal team.
- Strong grounding in commercial and/or corporate law.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently while contributing collaboratively as part of a close-knit legal team.
- Comfortable working from the company’s Central London office five days a week.
