Legal Counsel Opportunity

I’m currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a UK-qualified Legal Counsel to join a growing international business and supporting the Head of Legal.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer looking to develop their in-house career, with significant exposure to the wider business and the opportunity to become a key member of an expanding legal function.

The role will have a strong focus on commercial and technology contracts.

Your Main Duties

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for commercial based transactions
  • Developing template contracts for improved business efficiency
  • Joining customer calls to answer questions about the legal and commercial risk profile, product and service offerings as well as operational policies and practices
  • Working in collaboration with commercial and compliance teams on various deals under end of month, quarter and year end pressures, assessing when to escalate within the team or to senior management stakeholders when required
  • Assist with various legal projects across the organisation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
