The Role
You will join a highly collaborative legal and compliance team, working across three core business lines: Liquid Credit Strategies, Private Corporate Credit, and Infrastructure & Asset Based Credit and will interface with origination, portfolio management, investor relations, fund accounting, tax, operations, and technology teams, gaining a truly commercial, enterprise-wide perspective.
The Candidate
You will be a qualified lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE and have prior experience in capital markets / securitisation / high yield bonds and / or restructuring. Beyond technical excellence, you will bring:
