We are looking for a commercially minded Legal Counsel (5+ PQE)
Job Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded Legal Counsel (5+ PQE) to join a leading global logistics business, working closely with the UK-based General Counsel.
Responsibilities
This is a varied, hands-on in-house role covering a broad range of commercial contracts, including customer and client agreements, NDAs, and other day-to-day commercial matters.

Requirements
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ PQE, with training in a reputable private practice environment
- Solid in-house legal experience, ideally within a commercial or international business
- Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work directly with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a varied workload

Additional Information
The role is fully remote, but you must be based in the UK.
