A well-known consumer products company is looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel available for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, starting in August.

This is a hybrid role which requires your presence in the Central London office 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts including sales, marketing, and distribution
  • Providing legal advice to a wide range of internal senior stakeholders

Requirements

To be considered, you should be a qualified commercial lawyer with 2-4 years+ of PQE with commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience. You should also be familiar with legal issues related to sales, marketing, and distribution, ideally in EMEA; and a self-starter with the capacity to run your own matters.

*You should also be available at short notice.
