Job Description
AmTrust is a global insurance provider offering risk-management solutions and business underwriting. Today AmTrust International underwrites over $1.8 billion of gross written premiums and employs more than 1500 employees globally.
We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our London office. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial and insurance-related contracts, while providing regulatory advice to our regulated insurance entities. You will work closely with a portfolio of high-profile clients, including globally recognised household brands, advising on insurance products, distribution models and a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.

To be successful in this position, you will be a qualified lawyer with strong experience within the UK general insurance market. You will have a proven ability to draft, review and negotiate insurance-related agreements, combined with a sound understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing insurance businesses.
