Commercial Solicitor — NQ–2 PQE

Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor (NQ–2 years PQE) with commercial contracts experience to join our client’s in-house legal team in London. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers, taking responsibility for day-to-day commercial matters and supporting company secretarial work.

The role is an initial six-month assignment starting in January 2027, with the possibility of a permanent position, subject to business requirements and headcount approval.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review and negotiate NDAs and a range of general commercial agreements, including IT contracts.
  • Company Secretarial Support: Assist with company secretarial and corporate governance matters, helping maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Advice and Support: Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on everyday commercial matters.
  • Risk Management: Identify contractual and legal risks, recommend proportionate solutions and escalate matters where appropriate.
  • Matter Management: Take ownership of routine matters, manage competing priorities and work alongside senior lawyers on more complex queries.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
