Legal Counsel
We are working with a global logistics business that is seeking an exceptional Legal Counsel with around 5 years’ PQE and a strong commercial contracts background.
This is a hands-on role focused heavily on drafting, reviewing and negotiating bespoke commercial agreements. You will work closely with the business to understand its objectives, identify legal and commercial risks, and deliver clear, practical contractual solutions.

We are looking for a lawyer with exceptional drafting, reading and analytical skills, who is highly meticulous and has an outstanding eye for detail. You should be comfortable drafting contracts from first principles rather than relying solely on templates, and confident negotiating directly with commercial stakeholders and third parties.

The successful candidate will be commercially minded, pragmatic and able to exercise sound judgement, while having the confidence to work autonomously and take ownership of matters from start to finish.
Ideally, you will have trained in a law firm and have strong English law commercial contracts experience.
Fully remote, but candidates must be based in the UK.
