Commercial Property Solicitor (In-House) - 7+ PQE

North London (3+ days in office | On-site parking available)

Our client, a privately owned property management group with a substantial London and South East portfolio, is looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established in-house legal team on a full-time basis.

The company manages a diverse portfolio of 800+ properties valued at over £500 million, including retail units, office blocks, and industrial estates. With a team of 50+ covering legal, property, asset management, surveyors, and finance, the legal team plays a central role in supporting the group's commercial property operations.

This is a key hire, replacing a long-serving team member, and you will join a small, specialist legal team of three solicitors. You will work closely with the Head of Legal and the wider property management team, taking primary responsibility for the group's commercial leasing activity across its portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
