Your new role
A non-contentious construction lawyer position within a broader team of seven construction lawyers in London. The successful candidate will support project work in relation to professional services agreements, subcontracts, NEC3/4 negotiations and various frameworks. Working closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, procurement and compliance teams, you will advise on legal and commercial risk, showcasing commerciality and a solutions-focused approach.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an England & Wales qualified construction lawyer, with c. 1-2 PQE (as a guide), and unrestricted working rights in the UK. You will have exposure to NEC suite of contracts and agreements, including subcontractor, framework and collateral warranties. You will have trained either in private practice or in-house, and you will be able to showcase a passion for construction law. Candidates must be able to work from the central London offices three times per week, on a hybrid working basis.
