An opportunity has arisen for a junior corporate lawyer to move in-house and work closely with the General Counsel of a prominent international investment group.

Overview

Operating across telecommunications, satellite technology, hospitality, real estate, and flexible workspaces, the group manages a diverse portfolio of businesses, investments, and strategic partnerships across multiple jurisdictions.

The Role

The organisation is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel with 1–3 years’ PQE to join its London-based legal team and support a broad range of transactional and strategic matters.

This position will focus primarily on corporate and M&A work, including acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures, and group reorganisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support domestic and international acquisitions, disposals, investments, and joint ventures.
  • Assist with transaction structuring, due diligence, and the preparation of key corporate documentation.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, disclosure letters, and ancillary transaction documents.
  • Advise on corporate reorganisations and other strategic projects across the group.
  • Support post-acquisition integration and ongoing matters relating to portfolio companies.
  • Provide advice on company law, corporate governance, and board-related matters.
  • Coordinate external counsel across multiple jurisdictions and help manage transactions efficiently.
  • Provide practical legal advice to senior stakeholders and business teams across the group.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
