We're looking for an experienced Debt Capital Markets (DCM) lawyer to join the legal team of a leading international financial institution in London.

This is a high-profile opportunity to support a busy DCM business covering the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa, working on a broad range of sophisticated capital markets transactions.

The role

You'll work closely with DCM and MTN teams, providing pragmatic legal advice and hands-on transactional support across matters including:

What we're looking for

You'll be a UK or US-qualified lawyer with 6+ years' PQE and significant DCM experience gained within a major international bank.

You'll need strong technical expertise across syndicated bond issuances and MTN transactions, combined with excellent commercial judgement and the ability to give clear, practical advice in a fast-moving environment.
