In-House Legal Counsel – Debt Finance & Capital Markets
London | 4 days/week in-office | £100,000–£125,000 + Bonus
We’re working on an in-house Legal Counsel opportunity with a well-established global investment manager. The role covers a broad mix of debt finance and capital markets matters, including financing transactions, debt documentation, restructuring and refinancing, commercial contracts, and strategic legal support across the business. You’ll work closely with investment teams and senior stakeholders, taking ownership of complex transactional matters.

What we’re looking for
- Lawyers with around 3–5 years’ PQE
- A strong background in Debt Capital Markets, Banking & Finance, Leveraged Finance or Structured Finance, ideally gained at a leading international law firm
- This opportunity is best suited to someone looking to make their first move in-house, although relevant in-house experience will also be considered
