Employment Lawyer Opportunity
An excellent opportunity to join a team of employment lawyers and paralegals supporting a well-known organisation. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in tribunal litigation. The role is fully remote and working in an in-house environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders in the business, making recommendations to reduce tribunal claims
- You will be a point of escalation for employment law enquiries particularly around tribunals
- Handling a busy caseload representing the employer in tribunal claims
- Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Employment law and litigation expert
- 2 years PQE+

The role is fully remote (WFH) as are the wider team. Salary depends on experience and ranges from circa £60,000 - £80,000.
