Interim Legal Counsel (Commercial Contracts)
About the Company
Accuflex is working with a fast-growing international technology business that is looking for an experienced commercial lawyer to support a major client migration and contract integration project.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of complex commercial agreements from start to finish. The work will involve dealing with large enterprise clients, reviewing and negotiating sophisticated commercial contracts, managing client outreach, and helping move negotiations through to execution.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Managing client contract transitions and related negotiations
- Working directly with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders
- Taking matters from initial review through to execution
- Supporting the wider commercial legal team where required
- Helping maintain momentum during a busy period for the business

Qualifications
We are looking for a UK-based commercial lawyer with approximately 5+ years’ PQE.
Required Skills
- Strong commercial contracts experience
- Confidence negotiating with large enterprise clients
- The ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision
- Good stakeholder management and client-facing skills
- A practical, commercial and solutions-focused approach
- The flexibility to support the business during busier periods where urgent matters arise

Preferred Skills
Experience working in-house or on secondment would be helpful, but is not essential
Pay range and compensation package
Initial rolling monthly arrangement, with potential to continue depending on business need.
