About Us

Traditional banking has never really given you control over your financial life. Satispay exists to change that: to empower people through finance.

That means making financial services easy and accessible for over 6.5M users. We started with payments, then benefits, investing, cards... and we’re not done. Not even close. We follow the same logic every time: find a real problem, solve it properly, then look for the next one. The destination? To build the most loved financial platform in the world.

If you own outcomes rather than tasks, stay close to what users need, and refuse to wait for someone else to fix what's broken — you'll find people here who work exactly in the same way. And together, you'll build something worth being proud of.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Legal Counsel, you'll provide high-level legal guidance within the Fintech sector, particularly in payments, e-money, and consumer credit products, offering strategic counsel on regulatory, contractual, and product-related matters to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

  • Product development support – Collaborate cross-functionally to design and launch new products and services in Payments and Consumer Credit (such as BNPL), integrating basic technical and engineering considerations into legal analysis.
  • Risk assessment & management – Identify legal and regulatory risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies aligned with our risk appetite to safeguard the organisation.
  • Regulatory compliance – Advise on relevant financial regulatory requirements, including PSD2, AML/KYC, e-money regulations, and CCD2, ensuring adherence.
  • Stakeholder management – Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing pragmatic legal guidance and fostering a culture of legal awareness across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
