Funds Lawyer
A major global financial institution has partnered with us as part of an ambitious expansion of its legal function across several international markets.
For its London office, the organisation is looking to appoint a talented funds lawyer who can provide commercially focused advice on a broad range of fund-related matters across Europe. Although based in London, the position will offer genuinely international exposure and regular interaction with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

The Ideal Candidate
- 2–5 years’ professional experience gained at a leading international law firm
- Strong exposure to European investment funds and fund formation work
- Experience involving Luxembourg fund structures would be particularly valuable
- A commercial mindset and the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical advice
