A rare opportunity has arisen for a Funds Lawyer to join a highly regarded London based investment organisation managing a substantial global, multi-asset portfolio.
The organisation takes a long-term, values driven approach to investing and partners with many of the world's leading private equity, venture capital, hedge fund, real estate and public market managers. Its sophisticated investment platform provides access to high quality investment opportunities across a broad range of asset classes and geographies.
This role offers far more than traditional fund documentation review. Working closely with experienced investment professionals and senior leadership, you will play an integral role in evaluating, negotiating and executing investments across a diverse portfolio of private and public market strategies. You will have the opportunity to influence transaction outcomes, negotiate complex commercial arrangements and provide pragmatic legal advice on some of the most sophisticated fund investments in the market.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified Lawyer with approx. 2-5 years of experience gained in a leading law firm or sophisticated in-house environment.
- Experience negotiating and advising on fund documentation, side letters and related investment arrangements.
- Sound technical drafting and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded and excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Motivated by working in a lean, high performing environment with direct exposure to investment decision makers.
