We’re working exclusively with a fast-growing international business to appoint its first dedicated Employment Legal Counsel. This is a rare opportunity to build and shape the employment law function while working closely with HR, leadership, and legal teams across Europe, the US, and Asia.
The Role
You'll advise on a broad range of employment matters, including:
- Employee relations, investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters
- Employment contracts, policies, and organisational change
- Workforce planning, employment compliance, and legal risk
- Supporting HR and senior stakeholders on strategic employment issues
- Managing external counsel and delivering employment law training

About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 1+ years' PQE in employment law
- Strong UK employment law knowledge; international experience is a plus
- Commercial, pragmatic, and confident partnering with business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
