Commercial Lawyer, Retail
The Business
This is a well-known fashion brand with a reputation for quality and a high level of engagement with its customer base.
The Opportunity
The business is now looking for a commercial lawyer to join its highly business-facing legal team. In this role, you will review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, often relating to the practical side of the business including warehousing, logistics, supply and distribution as well as tech and digital, marketing, and IP.

About You
- A broad general commercial contracts background is key, most likely with experience acting for or working with a consumer business or a retail business.
- Additional experience in data privacy and tech and/or digital would be useful.
- The ability to work with multiple teams in a global business and liaise with creative minds is also key.
- The ability to establish effective working relationships across the global business is essential.
