About this role
As part of our dynamic Legal team, you will empower our global logistics operations through sound guidance and collaborative risk management. Living our values to Lead, Deliver, and Care, you’ll aim high by providing independent legal support for our employed-courier operational workforce while helping teams make faster, better-controlled decisions in a fast-paced environment.
These are some of the key components to the position:
- Provide independent legal support for logistics operations and employed-courier matters across our assigned global portfolio.
- Advise Operations, Human Resources (HR), and market stakeholders on legal risk linked to courier scheduling, claims, and service delivery.
- Manage escalations, disputes, and litigation connected to logistics operations, including managing external counsel.
- Translate operational and regulatory requirements into practical global guidance, decision guardrails, and templates.
- Assess proposed operational changes to define clear legal mitigations and structured approval routes.
- Coordinate across Employment Law, Public Affairs, and Compliance on cross-cutting workforce and regulatory topics.

What will you bring to the team?
- Qualified lawyer credential with background handling employment, logistics, operations, or regulatory legal matters.
- Proven ability to evaluate operational workforce issues with material legal, financial, or reputational impacts.
- Strong track record of managing disputes, litigation, or regulatory authority engagements in an operational context.
- Outstanding judgment, prioritization skills, and collaborative stakeholder management across international markets.
- Capability to convert complex legal matters into practical playbooks and clear implementation guidance.
- Professional experience operating within a multi-country marketplace, platform, or logistics business.
