About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Legal Counsel - Property to join our in-house legal team at 2 Sisters Food Group / Boparan Private Office.
Working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel, you will support the management of a diverse and varied property portfolio spanning retail, investment and development. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad in-house experience across a wide range of commercial property matters, while working with stakeholders across a major European business.

From portfolio management and landlord and tenant matters to acquisitions, disposals and development projects, this role offers real variety and the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive in-house legal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate leases, licences and a range of property-related documentation.
- Provide advice on landlord and tenant matters across the property portfolio.
- Advise on retail leases for well-known restaurant brands.
- Support acquisitions, disposals and property investment transactions.
- Undertake property due diligence and manage post-completion matters, including Land Registry applications and SDLT filings.
- Liaise with external legal advisers and other professional stakeholders.
- Support the management of legal and commercial risk across the property portfolio.
- Work closely with the Senior Legal Counsel and internal stakeholders across a broad range of property matters.

About You
- Newly Qualified Solicitor or a couple of years PQE.
- Experience, or a strong interest, in commercial property law.
- Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to legal advice.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Motivated to develop a broad and successful career within an in-house legal environment.
