In response to our continued growth in EMEA and APAC, we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our global Legal Team.

What We Need You To Do And Be

As Legal Counsel, you will be a trusted advisor to our EMEA and APAC business teams, supporting a wide range of legal matters in a fast-growing, international software company. This is a hands-on role where you will be in the room when it matters, shaping commercial decisions and helping the business move forward confidently.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer, partner, and vendor contracts
  • Provide guidance on regulatory and compliance topics relevant to our SaaS (Software as a Service) business, including privacy, data and AI legislation
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across different business functions to enable smart, practical decision-making
  • Report to Legal Director based in Helsinki

What You’ll Bring To The Table

  • At least five years of relevant legal experience, either in-house or at a law firm, with exposure to commercial contracting. In-house experience from technology sector is highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance matters relevant to technology / software business, such as privacy, data and AI legislation
  • Ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented advice in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail
  • An enthusiastic adopter of AI technologies. Comfortable with using AI in your everyday work and developing the use of AI tools as a larger organizational strategy
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Law degree with strong academic credentials
  • A qualified solicitor or barrister of good standing in England & Wales. We can consider also an equivalent qualification where relevant
  • Based in the United Kingdom, preferably close to London
