Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel

About Noah:

Noah is building the financial infrastructure for the next generation of global payments.

We’re a fintech focused on making moving money across borders faster, simpler and more accessible. Our platform connects traditional banking infrastructure with stablecoins and digital finance, giving businesses a single API for account issuance, global payouts and real-time settlement.

Today, Noah operates across 70+ countries and serves 100+ clients, working with ambitious companies across fintech, payments, digital finance and beyond. We’re operating at the intersection of some of the fastest-growing areas in financial services - stablecoins, digital payments and programmable financial infrastructure. The industry is evolving rapidly, creating huge opportunities to build something genuinely new.

We’re still early, which means there is an enormous amount to build. We’re looking for exceptional people who want to join the rocket ship, take ownership and help shape what Noah becomes.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel to join our growing team and become a key legal partner to the business. You’ll be the 2nd hire into Noah’s Legal team, reporting directly to our General Counsel. This is a genuine opportunity to help build the Legal function from the ground up. The role has a strong focus on commercial contracting and negotiations, working closely with Sales and Partnerships to help win and onboard customers. But this is much broader than commercial contracts. You’ll support across product, regulatory, corporate, employment, technology and general legal matters, working closely with Sales, Tech, Product, Compliance, Operations and leadership. You’ll help Noah move quickly while ensuring we build on a robust legal foundation. The level of the role will be determined by experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
