Legal Director – Strategic Services
Location: London (Hybrid)
About Us:
Our client is a leading international telecommunications and technology group with operations across multiple markets. The business is involved in complex transactions, strategic partnerships and digital services, supporting a diverse portfolio of operating companies.
The Role:
This is a senior, hands-on opportunity within a dynamic legal team, supporting major M&A-driven transactions and strategic commercial arrangements. You’ll take ownership of complex service agreements, working closely with corporate, M&A, procurement and technology teams, as well as senior stakeholders and external counsel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate transitional services agreements (TSAs) and long-term service agreements.
- Support acquisitions, divestments and complex telecommunications and technology transactions.
- Advise on outsourcing arrangements and ongoing commercial contracts.
- Manage external counsel and collaborate with cross-functional teams on major transactions.
- Provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice in a fast-paced environment.
About You:
- 7–10 years’ PQE, with strong training from a leading private practice law firm.
- Significant TMT transactional experience, ideally within telecommunications or technology.
- Essential experience negotiating transitional services agreements, with outsourcing experience highly desirable.
- Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable working autonomously.
- Adaptable and confident managing competing priorities and tight transaction deadlines.
