The Role
You will manage a broad mix of contentious and non contentious employment work, taking a lead role on significant matters for household name clients.
- Your caseload will span complex tribunal litigation, whistleblowing and business protection issues through to major strategic projects including outsourcing, restructuring and regulatory change.
- Strategic HR advisory work and support on corporate transactions form a core part of the role alongside it.

As a Legal Director you will take meaningful ownership of client relationships, play an active role in business development and take responsibility for mentoring and supervising junior colleagues. The firm actively encourages senior lawyers to engage with its innovation programme and offers structured leadership development and a clearly defined route to partnership for the right candidate.
