Interim Legal Director | 10–12 Month Contract | London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced lawyer to join a highly regarded international hospitality business as Interim Legal Director for an initial 10–12 month period, starting in October. Based in its London office, this is a senior, hands-on role with genuine breadth, covering high-value corporate transactions, corporate finance, M&A, property acquisitions and disposals, governance, and wider commercial matters.

We are looking for a UK-qualified lawyer with 8+ years’ PQE, who brings a strong corporate foundation whether from a corporate or broader commercial background and is comfortable stepping into a varied, senior in-house position from day one.

This is an opportunity to join a business where the work is high-value, commercially important, and constantly evolving, with no two days looking the same. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and the wider legal team, taking ownership of matters, identifying risk, challenging where necessary, and providing pragmatic advice that enables the business to move forward.
