Legal Director | Property Litigation
Salary: Up to £110k DOE
Location: Birmingham
TSR Legal are delighted to be representing a highly regarded national law firm in the appointment of a Legal Director to join its growing Property Litigation practice.
This is a standout opportunity for an established Legal Director seeking a new platform, or an ambitious Principal Associate or Senior Associate ready to take the next step in their career. You will join a nationally recognised team with an exceptional reputation for the quality and complexity of its work, acting for an impressive client base across the real estate, retail, leisure, development, investment and public sectors.
The Opportunity
You will take a leading role in advising clients on a broad range of high value and strategically significant property disputes. The work is varied, commercially focused and often closely connected to major real estate portfolios, developments and investment projects.

About You
This opportunity would suit an experienced Property Litigation lawyer who is either already operating at Legal Director level or is a senior lawyer ready to step up into a leadership position.
You will ideally bring:
- Significant experience in property or real estate litigation
- The ability to manage complex and high value disputes
- Experience developing and maintaining client relationships
- An interest in business development and building a profile within the market
- A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for mentoring and developing junior lawyers
- The ambition to contribute to the future growth and direction of a successful practice
