Executive Assistant to Senior Partner

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Executive Assistant to provide trusted 1:1 support to a Senior Partner within a leading professional services environment.

This is a high-profile role offering significant exposure to the firm's Senior Leadership Team, senior management and a wide range of business support functions, including Finance, HR, Marketing, IT and Internal Client Services.

You will work closely with the Senior Partner to manage their day-to-day responsibilities, helping to coordinate competing priorities, client matters and management responsibilities. The role requires someone who can operate with a high degree of discretion, professionalism and initiative, and who is confident dealing with senior stakeholders and high-profile clients.

The Senior Partner remains heavily involved in fee-earning work and acts for a number of the firm's high-profile private clients. As a result, you will have regular direct contact with clients and senior representatives, making this an excellent opportunity for an EA who enjoys working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive and proactive 1:1 support to the Senior Partner.
  • Manage and coordinate a busy and complex schedule, ensuring competing priorities are effectively managed.
  • Support the Senior Partner with both client-related matters and their wider management responsibilities.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for senior clients, representatives and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with senior management and teams across Finance, HR, Marketing, IT and Internal Client Services.
  • Prepare correspondence, documents, presentations and reports using Microsoft Office.
  • Assist with the coordination and management of key processes and projects.
  • Attend meetings and take accurate, comprehensive minutes, ensuring actions are followed up appropriately.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Proactively identify issues and provide practical solutions before they become problems.
  • Build strong working relationships across the firm and act as an effective link between the Senior Partner and key business functions.
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
