Legal EA to Senior Partner (12 Month FTC)

Calling all exceptional Legal EAs to provide 1:1 support to a highly respected Senior Partner at a leading international law firm, who advises a number of high profile and important private clients. Working closely with the Senior Partner, you’ll assist with their day-to-day responsibilities, providing confidential technical and administrative support, as well as assisting with client-related matters.

Legal EA to Senior Partner – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Proactive and complex diary management, coordinating client meetings, internal commitments and associated travel
  • Meeting management, including agendas, papers, minutes, action points and follow-up
  • Senior-level inbox management, prioritising urgent matters and drafting correspondence where appropriate
  • Coordination of internal meetings and events, including agendas, speakers, room bookings, IT set-up and catering
  • International and regional travel management, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes
  • High-quality document and administrative support, including drafting, proofreading, filing and the timely processing of expenses and invoices
  • Responsive management of last-minute changes, urgent requests and client demands, using sound judgement and discretion
  • Support with the Senior Partner’s LinkedIn profile and wider marketing activity
  • Coordination of regulatory requirements, including annual declarations and SRA filings
  • Support with the monthly billing process, working closely with the Revenue Control team

  • Previous Legal PA / EA experience gained within a law firm is essential
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills, ability to take accurate Minutes
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suites including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Flexibility – sometimes need to work outside core hours
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to adapt and respond to fast changing client and business demands
  • Discretion, sound judgement and confidence when dealing with highly confidential information and high-profile clients
