Our clients Global Controllers organisation in London is looking to add an experienced Legal Entity Controller. The role provides coverage across significant UK legal entities, including the firm’s international broker-dealer, UK regulated bank and consolidated group, with exposure to different balance sheets, products and reporting requirements.

The team is supporting continued business growth and change, including new products, entity initiatives and an increasing management, statutory and regulatory reporting agenda. The successful candidate will provide strong London-based oversight of core controllership activities, working closely with production teams and a broad range of Finance and Business stakeholders.

This is a Vice President level role responsible for the quality, analysis and control of the financial results for the legal entities in scope. The individual will oversee recurring reporting, apply sound accounting judgement, explain the drivers of entity performance and produce clear management and governance reporting. The role requires an experienced controller who can operate independently within an agreed remit, lead delivery across teams and escalate significant or judgemental matters appropriately.
