Are you working in legal, privacy, compliance, or information governance and looking for a role where you can genuinely broaden your experience?
We’re working with a fast-growing technology business looking for a Legal & Privacy Executive / Counsel to join the team.

You'll get involved in:
- Data protection, privacy, and information governance
- Compliance processes, policies, and documentation
- Supporting and advising stakeholders across the business
- Identifying risks and confidently challenging where needed
- Legal administration and operational work

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This is a hands-on role. Some days you'll be dealing with interesting legal and privacy questions, while others will involve the less glamorous admin and governance that keeps a business running properly.
The opportunity is in how much you can grow from there.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
You don't need extensive commercial legal experience or to already be operating as a senior Legal Counsel.
This is a role for someone who wants to develop into that broader skill set over time.
Why consider it?
The biggest attraction is progression.
You'll have the opportunity to take real ownership early in your career, work closely with senior stakeholders, and develop from a privacy/compliance/IG foundation into a much broader legal professional.
They're looking for someone who wants to grow with the business rather than simply do the same job somewhere new.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
