Executive Assistant - Up to £53,000 - 3/2 hybrid working
A leading commercial Law firm in the City seek a highly experienced Legal PA to take on the role of Executive Assistant, supporting 3 Partners in their Tax team.
This is a true EA role with a strong focus on diary, inbox and travel management, along with event planning and BD activities. The firm have their own billing and document production teams to take this load off the EAs allowing them to operate at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diaries, meetings, travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Anticipate priorities, manage competing demands and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare agendas, meeting papers, presentations and other documents.
- Support client relationship management and business development activities, including events, pitches and CRM updates.
- Coordinate document, electronic and hard-copy filing, ensuring records and key dates are accurately maintained.
- Assist with billing, expenses and other financial administration.
- Support projects, process improvements and initiatives that improve efficiency.
- Draft correspondence and communications on behalf of senior colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with wider support teams, providing guidance and cover where required.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with relevant procedures and client requirements.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

- Experience as a Senior PA or Executive Assistant in a top Law firm.
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders and clients.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
- Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using document, case or CRM systems.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and ways of working.
