Company Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Compliance, Legal & Business Operations team. This is a varied hybrid role that combines customer resolution, legal support, regulatory compliance, and business operations. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will play an important role in managing complex customer matters, supporting legal and compliance processes, and helping to minimise business risk through effective case management and practical problem-solving.
Role Description
The Customer Relations Support professional will play a key role in managing escalated customer complaints while providing paralegal-level legal and regulatory support across the business. Working closely with senior management and legal colleagues, you will help resolve disputes, mitigate legal risk, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Investigating complex customer cases
- Preparing legal documentation and formal correspondence
- Supporting small claims matters
- Maintaining accurate case records
- Assisting with compliance processes relating to consumer rights, finance agreements, and regulatory obligations
- Providing operational support across contracts, governance, business policies, and continuous process improvements, ensuring issues are managed efficiently, professionally, and fairly

Qualifications
- Experience in a legal, regulatory, compliance, or paralegal support role
- Proven experience managing customer complaints, disputes, or case management from investigation through to resolution
- Strong understanding of consumer protection legislation and regulatory compliance, with knowledge of FCA regulations considered advantageous
- Ability to prepare and review legal correspondence, complaint responses, evidence packs, and regulatory documentation
- Excellent investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk and recommend practical solutions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accurate and confidential records
